What web hosting company might I want to consider if I was looking for one with an excellent web builder?

I have looked up several including Lunarpages, Infinology, Host Monster, StartLogic, and Blut Host. I will not pretend to know all that much about web hosting, but what I do know is that I want a very profesional looking website when I am done, which means I need one with an excellent web builder. Lunarpages is the only one that has shown the profionalism of their web builder program. However, with that being said, if any of you know something that I don’t like a more qualified web hosting company that you recoment, I am more than willing to pay attention.
