Hello, I am sekking he help of someone who can tell me how to start a web hosting company, I know that I would need a web server, but what I am having a hard time trying to understand is how do I make it so the server knows who paid for 5GB, and gives them thier 5GB, and knows who paid for 25GB, and gives them that?

Also how would I set up a password system so not everyone can change it.
