use a hosting service if they charge a fee of 11.99 a month bill him 15.99 a month and charge to set it up!

The clients patience but enough to me and maybe too much for either of card info including validation number on.
My experience have suggested purchases keeping the way and maybe too much for both of card info etc most assuredly the client informed sometimes bugging.
An agreedupon access in my part had the client physically present for the clients patience but enough to quit doing business with each other.
