Does the yahoo small business web hosting let you drag and drop when building pages?

Is Yahoo website hosting really easy to use as far as building the pages on your website? I just signed up with Godaddy yesterday and their website tonite feature SUCKS. It is not user-friendly, there is NO dragging and dropping. Anyone know?
